How do I unpack my order without damaging it?

Here are our unpacking instructions for unframed items:

  • Remove the cap from the end of the tube
  • Gently slide the artwork out, but don’t force it
  • Remove paper cover
  • We role our prints with the artwork facing out to avoid compressing the paint. Uncurl the artwork and place heavy objects on each corner. Leave to flatten overnight
  • Choose a suitable frame that fits an A2 paper size
  • Frame it with care, hang it with care, enjoy it

Here are our unpacking instructions for framed items:

  • Remove the tape carefully from the box
  • Gently slide the artwork out, but don’t force it
  • Remove card cover
  • Remove any plastic frame corner caps
  • Hang it with care, enjoy it
My order arrived damaged, what should I do?

Please do not accept packages that appear damaged. Pass them back to the delivery company and inform us immediately. If, however, there was no damage visible from the outside of the package, please inform us right away via email and provide photos of the damaged product in its entirety, as well as a photo of the full shipping label.

I want to cancel an order, what should I do?

If your items are in stock, your order is normally shipped within 1-5 business days from receiving your order.  You can cancel the order online at any point before we ship the item.

If you have any doubt then please contact us. If the item has already been shipped please review our return policy.

I want to return an item, what should I do?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise within 14 days for an exchange or refund in the form of original payment (except credit card payments). The item returned must be in its original product packaging in salable condition and mailed in the same shipping box as it was delivered in.
